  1. Take 5 wide-mouthed pint jars, in each jar add ½ cup oats, 1 tablespoon pumpkin, 1 tablespoon pecans,1 cup milk, ½ teaspoon maple syrup, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch cinnamon, 1 pinch ginger
  2. Stir well
  3. Close lids tightly and store overnight
  4. Serve with topping of fresh fruit
