How To

  1. Pre-heat your smoker to 275 degrees F
  2. Take a medium sized bowl and add apples, sugar, cornstarch and stir well until combined thoroughly
  3. Transfer to one side
  4. Dust a work surface with flour and roll out your pie crust
  5. Transfer pie crust into pie pan (not greasing)
  6. Spread preserve on bottom of pan and top with apple slices
  7. Transfer into smoker and smoke for 30-40 minutes
  8. Serve and enjoy!
