How To

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, spread pita wedges in a single layer on baking sheet
  3. Brush melted coconut oil
  4. Take a small bowl and add cinnamon, brown sugar and sprinkle over pita wedges
  5. Bake for 8 minutes
  6. Transfer pita to plates
  7. Turn oven to broil, place grapefruit halves on a baking sheet, drizzle maple syrup over the top
  8. Broil until syrup bubbles for 5 minutes
  9. Serve with pita and enjoy!
