Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F

Line baking sheet with parchment paper, spread pita wedges in a single layer on baking sheet

Brush melted coconut oil

Take a small bowl and add cinnamon, brown sugar and sprinkle over pita wedges

Bake for 8 minutes

Transfer pita to plates

Turn oven to broil, place grapefruit halves on a baking sheet, drizzle maple syrup over the top

Broil until syrup bubbles for 5 minutes

Serve with pita and enjoy!
