  1. Take a blender and add banana, milk, orange juice, zest, cinnamon, and nutmeg, blend well until smooth
  2. Pour mixture into 9 by 13-inch baking dish, soak bread in mixture for 5 minutes each side
  3. While the bread soaks, heat griddle over medium heat and melt coconut oil, swirl well to coat
  4. Cook bread slices until golden brown, 5 minutes on each side
  5. Serve and enjoy!
