How To

  1. Peel orange and cut into 4-5 crosswise slices
  2. Transfer orange to a shallow dish
  3. Drizzle vinegar, olive oil on top
  4. Sprinkle oregano
  5. Toss well to mix
  6. Chill for 30 minutes and arrange sliced onion and black olives on top
  7. Sprinkle more chives and pepper
  8. Serve and enjoy!
