Ingredients

How To

  1. Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and break them down into florets
  2. Transfer the florets to a bowl
  3. Take another bowl and whisk in oil, salt, pepper and vinegar
  4. Add pumpkin seeds, cranberries to the bowl with dressing
  5. Mix well and pour dressing over cauliflower florets
  6. Toss well
  7. Add onions and toss
  8. Chill and serve
  9. Enjoy!
