Pre-heat your oven 350 degree F

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and trim bottom of Brussels

Put leaves in a medium sized bowl, making sure that they are broken

Toss leaves with olive oil and season with salt

Spread leaves on baking sheet

Roast for 10-15 minutes until crispy

Divide between bowls and toss with remaining ingredients

Serve and enjoy!
