Fine Black Bean Soup

How To

Take a large soup pot and place it over medium heat, add oil and let it heat up

  1. Add onion, garlic and Sauté for 5 minutes
  2. Stir in chili powder, cinnamon, salt, beans, tomato with juice, water and bring the mix to a boil
  3. Lower heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes
  4. Use a hand blender to puree mixture until smooth
  5. Stir in greens, cover and let it cook for 10 minutes more
  6. Stir in lime juice and serve!
