Fine Black Bean Soup
Ingredients
How To
Take a large soup pot and place it over medium heat, add oil and let it heat up

Add onion, garlic and Sauté for 5 minutes

Stir in chili powder, cinnamon, salt, beans, tomato with juice, water and bring the mix to a boil
-
Lower heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes

Use a hand blender to puree mixture until smooth

Stir in greens, cover and let it cook for 10 minutes more

Stir in lime juice and serve!
