Ingredients

How To

  1. Take a medium-sized saucepan and add quinoa
  2. Add 1 and ¼ cups of water and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat (for 3 and ½ ounces Quinoa)
  3. Lower down the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes
  4. Drain any excess liquid
  5. Add fruits, herbs, Hazelnuts to the quinoa
  6. Allow it to cool and season
  7. Take a bowl and add olive oil, lemon zest and lemon juice
  8. Pour the mixture over the salad and give it a mix
  9. Enjoy!
