Hearty and Quinoa and Fruit Salad

Take a medium-sized saucepan and add quinoa

Add 1 and ¼ cups of water and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat (for 3 and ½ ounces Quinoa)

Lower down the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes

Drain any excess liquid

Add fruits, herbs, Hazelnuts to the quinoa
-
Allow it to cool and season

Take a bowl and add olive oil, lemon zest and lemon juice

Pour the mixture over the salad and give it a mix

Enjoy!
