Ingredients

How To

  1. Take a large-sized pot and place it over medium heat
  2. Add onion and mushrooms in olive oil and Sauté for 5 minutes
  3. Make sure to keep stirring it from time to time until browned evenly
  4. Add garlic and Sauté for 5 minutes more
  5. Add vegetable broth, coconut cream, coconut almond milk, black pepper, and sunflower seeds
  6. Bring it to a boil and lower down the temperature to low
  7. Simmer for 15 minutes
  8. Use an immersion blender to puree the mixture
  9. Enjoy!
