Add butter and melt it, once the butter is hot, add grains blend and gently mix it well

Add vegetable stock seal the lid

Cook for 5 minutes at high pressure

Once cooked, quick release of the pressure

Fluff couscous with a fork, season with salt and pepper to taste

Take a plate and divide among plates and sprinkle with parsley on top and add sliced tomato and lemon
