How To

  1. Set your Instant Pot on Sauté mode
  2. Add butter and melt it, once the butter is hot, add grains blend and gently mix it well
  3. Add vegetable stock seal the lid
  4. Cook for 5 minutes at high pressure
  5. Once cooked, quick release of the pressure
  6. Fluff couscous with a fork, season with salt and pepper to taste
  7. Take a plate and divide among plates and sprinkle with parsley on top and add sliced tomato and lemon
  8. Serve and enjoy!
