  1. Pre-heat your oven to 425 degree F
  2. Rinse cauliflower and trim, core and sliced
  3. Lay cauliflower evenly on rimmed baking tray
  4. Drizzle coconut oil evenly over cauliflower, sprinkle thyme leaves
  5. Season with pinch of salt and pepper
  6. Squeeze roasted garlic
  7. Roast cauliflower until slightly caramelize for about 25 minutes, making sure to turn once
  8. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves
  9. Enjoy!
