Garlic Tomato Soup
Ingredients
How To

Take a pot, heat oil into it

Sauté the garlic in it for ½ minute

Mix in the Roma tomatoes and cook for 8-10 minutes

Stir occasionally
-
Add in the rest of the ingredients except the basil and stir well

Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes

Let it cool
-
Blend the soup until smooth by using an immersion blender

Garnish with basil

Serve and enjoy!
