Garlic Tomato Soup

Ingredients

How To

  1. Take a pot, heat oil into it
  2. Sauté the garlic in it for ½ minute
  3. Mix in the Roma tomatoes and cook for 8-10 minutes
  4. Stir occasionally
  5. Add in the rest of the ingredients except the basil and stir well
  6. Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes
  7. Let it cool
  8. Blend the soup until smooth by using an immersion blender
  9. Garnish with basil
  10. Serve and enjoy!
