Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and mix in flaxseeds and water, mix in the oi
  2. Mix in baking powder, protein powder, and salt
  3. Stir well
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix properly
  5. Take a non-stick pan and place it over medium heat
  6. Scoop batter into your pan and cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook for 2 minutes more
  7. Repeat until all batter has been used up
  8. Enjoy!
