How To

  1. Preheat your oven to 350-degree Fahrenheit
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and keep it on the side
  3. Take a large bowl and add cherry tomatoes, 2 tablespoons olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, pepper and toss
  4. Spread tomatoes evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes
  5. While the tomatoes are roasting, cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain the pasta to a large bowl
  6. Toss pasta with 1 tablespoon olive oil
  7. Add roasted tomatoes (with juice) and toss
  8. Serve with topping of oregano
