Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon sage leaves, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 red potatoes, diced
  • 15 ounces black beans, canned
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 cups swiss chard, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Take a skillet and place it over medium heat, add oil and let it heat up
  2. Add potato, garlic and onion cook them for about 20 minutes
  3. Add Swiss Chard, beans, cook for 3 minutes
  4. Season well with salt and pepper, serve with parsley
  5. Enjoy!
