Ingredients
  • 12 cups kale, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon coconut aminos
  • Sunflower seeds and pepper as needed
How To
  1. Add a steamer insert to your Saucepan
  2. Fill the saucepan with water up to the bottom of the steamer
  3. Cover and bring water to boil (medium-high heat)
  4. Add kale to the insert and steam for 7-8 minutes
  5. Take a large bowl and add lemon juice, olive oil, sunflower seeds, coconut aminos, and pepper
  6. Mix well and add the steamed kale to the bowl
  7. Toss and serve
