Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts, whole and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • Salt to taste
How To
  1. Pre-heat your oven 350 degree F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and trim bottom of Brussels
  3. Put leaves in a medium sized bowl, making sure that they are broken
  4. Toss leaves with olive oil and season with salt
  5. Spread leaves on baking sheet
  6. Roast for 10-15 minutes until crispy
  7. Divide between bowls and toss with remaining ingredients
  8. Serve and enjoy!
