Ingredients
  • 2 medium English cucumbers, peeled and cut into ΒΌ inch slices
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
How To
  1. Take a small-sized bowl and add cucumbers, parsley, keep it on the side
  2. Take another bowl and add oil, soy sauce, mirin, vinegar, sugar and stir well, pour dressing over cucumbers
  3. Let it sit for 10 minutes
  4. Spoon cucumber salad into small bowls, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve
