  • 1 cup pumpkin, canned
  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup low-fat coconut almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon sage, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • Sunflower seeds and pepper to taste
How To
  1. Take a stockpot and add all the ingredients except coconut almond milk into it
  2. Place stockpot over medium heat
  3. Let it bring it to a boil
  4. Reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes
  5. Add the coconut almond milk and stir
  6. Serve and enjoy!
