Ingredients
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup medium bulgur
  • 1 teaspoon vegan margarine
  • 2 ripe pears, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
How To
  1. Take a large saucepan, bring water to a boil over high heat
  2. Add salt, stir in bulgar
  3. Lower heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes
  4. Remove heat and stir in margarine, pears, pecans
  5. Cover and let it sit for 12-15 minutes more
  6. Serve and enjoy!
