Ingredients
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup of liquid honey
  • 4 apples
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root, grated
  • 2 dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup nuts and seeds
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325-degree Fahrenheit
  2. Take a bowl and add ginger roots, spices, dates, nuts, cranberries, seeds and mix
  3. Core apples and stuff each apple with seed and nut mix
  4. Drizzle honey
  5. Take an 8 x 8-inch square baking dish and add stuffed apples
  6. Pour cider around apples
  7. Bake for 25 minutes
  8. Remove from oven and enjoy
