Ingredients
  • 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large ripe tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper as needed
How To
  1. Take a medium-sized bowl and add onion, bell pepper, tomato, avocados, lime and cilantro
  2. Mix well and give it a toss
  3. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste
